grrr I still cant get a team
 

After I left and lost my team because of work and other things, I have been trying to get another team. Apparently the new IP I have was on the cheater or banned list, so I am waiting until it switches again or I will request a new one.

I will bring the Toads back to even more mediocrity!

I am suprised, because there are more than enough bot teams for everyone on the waiting list. :(

yeah, i never understood how there could be a waiting list when there are hundreds of bots wasting space out there.

It just take the GMs time to do whatever they do to shift people from the waiting list into the unoccupied positions (and they seem to prefer to drop people into V rather than filling out series in VI).

do they give out the teams manually? if so they have a sick sense of humor.

my first team i was given was in div IV and already 0 for 8 with pretty much no chance of anything but auto-demotion. Before i understood the demotion/promotion rules i went out and bought myself a really nice team, won 4 out of 6 matches (including the last 3 and one against the division leader) only to find out i was auto-demoting anyway to some all-bot lifeless division with little to no hope of human competetion for a full season. I was in debt, had less then the starting amount of supporters thanks to the demotion, and had a team full of newly purchased players that i didnt really need now that i was playing all bots. frankly it sucked. I could have started 8 weeks later then I did and been better off.

I think its scripted tho not manual. and higher divisions are generally filled first. two of my friends who started at the same time both landed in the same division when they started lol :P
