How are free agents and re-signees handled in MP?
 

I was wondering how the free agency in a season works in multi-player. Lets say a team makes an offer for a guy and the commish continues to the next stage. Does that person get an email saying whether or not he got the guy or does he have to check the transaction log/roster?

Also, if you make an offer to re-sign a guy, are you just supposed to check that players info to see if he accepted or is there any other way of finding out?
