FOF4 Help - OPU
Using the csv file instructions I've attempted to create a one player universe league. I generated one player, his attributes on the csv look like this:
1,19,Magnum,James,1,75,219,6,6,1940,10404,0,348,25,1960,1,1,25,1960,0,0,0,9,65,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,10,10 Now, I don't know how to paste a screenshot but the game generates him as a rare superstar with nearly maxed out ratings. This is what I want as I'd like to sim about 30 years and see where he ranks with the all-time passers before I start my career. The problem I'm finding is, the computer benches and even cuts him over the scrubbs generated in the OPU. What have I done wrong and why does the computer not consider him a superstar even though his red bars clearly describe him as such? |

Well, I answered my own question. In fooling with the .csv file I replaced the the 0's in the individual ratings to 9's and now the comp recognizes his talent. Supposedly, if you leave the values at zero the computer will generate values according to his overall rating which I had already set at 9. Apperantly it failed to do that. A possible bug or am I missing something? Edited for grammatical errors... That is not to say there aren't many more...:D |
Er, you mean FOF2004, not FOF4 as in the title, right?
Try with setting his Hall of fame points to something higher, like 3000. |
