By the looks of it, there is no way it Indy should have a shot in this game.. AFC Championship, just so you guys have an idea.

Both teams are 15-2 going into this game.

I've always heard that home field is worth +3

What I've read is that moving from home field to neutral is 3 points, and then neutral to the other team's field is 3 more points (for an example of this to an extent, see the Miami-SD game earlier this year. Spread moved from +3 to +6.5)
