I guess that I just thought that this would've gotten more play. After all, I am not talking about the massive python in my pants. Not this time.

Not to take anything away from your python, which does appear to be quite formidable, but it is certainly no match for the Colossal Squid in terms of newsworthiness.

I posted a link on it last week for what it's worth.

The general consensus now is that it's nowhere near 49 feet, actually more like 20-24. The snake they've been showing in the picture is nowhere near 49.
