7-Year-Old Gets Stuck In Stuffed Animal Game Machine
![]() I've heard of people getting their arms stuck in these things, but this is ridiculous. |
Good luck using the crane to win the boy... can't even use it to pick up a 4 ounce toy let alone a 40 lb. kid.
|
oh my
|
yep... I've seen it all now :)
|
Aren't there, like, laws and stuff about selling children in vending machines?

As we speak, Michael Jackson rushes to the scene to investigate. |
Quote:
Investigate what?? This is one of those weird ass things he has at his house. I think this is a crime scene photo. |
dola
There was a sign next to it that read "Break glass in case of emergency". |

The fact that this happened at a Piggly Wiggly makes me all warm and fuzzy inside... |
SHEBOYGAN, Isnt that where Larry Appleton is from?
I sense a wild and wacky Balki caper going on here. |
I think we've found HM
|
Quote:
The fact that you quoted the entire article just to mention this makes me feel something but it isn't warm and fuzzy. |
Quote:
It was also the city that the creature ate in the classic board game "The Creature That Ate Sheboygan." Darn that game was a blast. |
So that's what they do in Wisconsin for entertainment these days... ;)
|
Quote:
I was poor, I had to settle for "The Creature That Ate Decatur." |
Quote:
Yes, but that creature was very very lazy. I understand that he had his meal Decatured rather than preparing it himself. |
Quote:
Dude........... |
Quote:
It was a pun though admittedly it sounds better than it reads. :D |
Quote:
I remember when i was younger my best friend and I would sit around throwing around stupid pun after stupid pun and laughing at how retarded we both were, sometimes we would just shake our heads at how downright stupid each of us were. That thing you just did brought back some really fond memories of my teenage years, then I got depressed because im old and those days are gone, now I wanna beat you about the head with a shoe for making me cry. |

I'm sorry "my real name" but I think maybe you were just one of the girls to her after all. :D |
Well, she did have an affinity for certain things that made us all wonder if one of the girls isn't exactly what she wanted.
|
Found the following "review" about TCTAS on a site that seems aptly named as boardgamegeek.com. Found it funny in context but it comes into it's own out of context.

UIC at it's very finest. |
Dola,
can and folks think that the colossal squid was cool. One simply must respect and beware the fire breathing giant rabbit. :D |
ya know, I actually did a google search to find out if such a game existed or if you were just ynaking my crank.
|
Nope, no crank yanking just a word up to the first giant monster game reported in captivity and yes I played it.
To think that you feel old, I feel virtually ancient about now. |
Dude, it's not how old anyone is that seperates us,
it's how young we once were that joins us. |
If you'll gather around I'll even speak of the great Dawn of the Dead boardgame that came out about the same time. It was also by SPI and it was great because Dawn has always been one of my favorite movies and taking Flyboy and the gang tooling around the mall, killing zombies and locking all the doors was a blast to play too.
Those were the days my friends... |
Quote:
Well put but somehow it makes me think that ultimately we're reaching for the lowest common denominator ya know?? |
Quote:
I honestly have no idea what you mean, but I am drunk :D |
Quote:
Now that sounds interesting, I've never seen the original but I did see the trailer for the remake starring Ving Rhames a few weeks ago and it looks pretty damn good. |
Quote:
Well, I'm at work so have a drink or two for me. :D |
Ya know, when i was little, my Mom bought me a pong and told me it was an Atari, she fooled me into thinking I had an Atari for 2 YEARS before I realized the difference. No correlation, i just figured that since we were talking about childhoods and all.

I've had your share mister, and you are getting a little wobbly, I however am lolding my hiqour fine. |
Quote:
As I understand it, Romero has some role to play with the new movie so I expect it will kick ass but I doubt it'll top the original. |
Quote:
So you obviously started drinking young then?? :D |
www.maplewoodsmovie.com
Don't know to what extent they are involved but I know that the guys who made the movie in the link provided are working with alot of the folks from night of the living dead on a new movie based the Nazis use of the book of the dead or some such nonesense, im not much into it myself but if you dig zombie flicks you may wanna check it out. |
Quote:
Nature and the excesses of hedonism have conspired to make me permanently a little wobbly but worry not, I'm lolding my hiqour just fine too. |
Quote:
I'll check it out. I am really more into end of the world as we know it type flicks than zombie flicks per se but the Romero flicks combine both so damned well that they are amongst my favorites in either genre. |
Quote:
Ah, than this wouldn't be for you as it's mainly just a cheesy ass zombie movie. |

Actually I never had a single drop of alcahol until I was 20 years old, but when it rains it pours. |

One of my favorite lines from Different Strokes and it still gives me the heebie jeebies. |

If I heard someone try and say something like that I'd get the heebie jeebies too. Yikes! |
Ok, ive hit the wall, and it has hit back, which is disconcerting. goodnight and fare thee well.
|
Goodnight and farewell,
it's been fun conversing and sharing a virtual beer with you so to speak. |
What's a Piggly Wiggly?

After this marvelous threadjack, I just wanted to mention that the kid never did get the toy he wanted.
