how come some people are showing their user titles, and other people just show registered user?

Looks like the default titles we had set for each post milestone were reset, while custom titles have not been lost.

You have to be super cool and know people to get a special title. But seriously what name would you like? Oh and Shorty how do i get the yellow smilies these blue one make me feel cold.
