Finished 7th in AP freeroll at noon today. Two away from advancing :(

Going to try to get into the 9pm Stars

I'm in the $5 hold'em at AP...starts in 25 minutes...any takers??

Yeah, the Stars is limited to 1,000 people.... I too, will try to get in there....

I registered at PS the other night but still haven't received my validation email...so, doubt I'll be able to register yet again. Lovely.

I'm in at PS for 9 EST.

I didn't get in either.... I have no idea how 1,000 people got in ahead of me, but oh well

i forgot to register, like i always do. i look up at the clock and its too late. i freaking hate that. im monstering the pages bugsy point nl tourn right now though.

At AP, I'm high stack my table...for now, that is!!

Check that...just got a popup from PS about my account not being validated yet...so, I'm out as well!!!

35 players remain and I'm large stack of the tourney at $5800.

My best showing yet...just have to keep playing tight and not get careless...woohoo!!!

Finished 22nd...frig!!! I went all in with pocket kings and some bozo goes along with me with a 64 off suit and winds up with a straight...frig me!!!

Oh well...maybe next time!!

The HeadsUp FreeRoll is registering is 20 minutes..... it'll fill up quickly.....

The 7 card stud is crappy compared to the Holdem.

#32 overall..... I like that style of play though...

I was busy when the heads-up tourney started. A shame too because I consider my head-to-head play my best. The vast amjority of the time when it comes down to me and one other person in a tourney, I win. And just about every time I start with the short stack. Oh Well.

I'm in the Stars 3:00am tournament..... but I don't see myself lasting too long.....

The heads up tourneys at AP are a joke. They just pair up any two that are waiting to play. This leads to the severe disadvantage of possibly playing with a monster chip disadvantage. For instance, if you take 30 minutes to finish off your first opponent, you will have 3000 chips a half hour in. If someone else finishes off two opponents in that time (or more!) you could be paired up with them and face a 2 to 1 or worse chip disadvantage. This is absolutely unacceptable. The only sane heads up tournament format is a bracketed tournament. This loony crap AP does is awful. Ill never play them on principle alone.
