Was there ever a printing tool created for the orginial CM4?

Not that I'm aware of. I never saw a third party app. and I know that SI never made one. CM 03/04 has one built in if you were wondering.

I was never satisfied with the MCM tool... though I may not have used the latest version.

You can get CM03-04 for £18.99 from a lot of online stores if that helps (as I know some shops are selling it for a lot more circa £29.99).
