Take Your Pick: 2004 Superbowl

New England.

OR

Carolina.

Take your pick.

Sheesh! How hard is it do a poll? Kids! I'm not responding because it doesn't have a poll! :D

Oh wait, I am responding...

Carolina, I guess.

I was adding the poll. That is weird that it posted my thread as I was putting on the finishing touches.. :)

TLK 01-18-2004 11:35 PM

Detroit vs. Indy..... I guess I misunderstood the question....

Chief Rum 01-18-2004 11:36 PM

That is weird. :)

Way to go, Shorty! Glad to see some kids are quicker on the uptake than others. :)

I cant stand the colts not being there but go Carolina. I have a deep hatred for the Patties.

Cringer 01-19-2004 12:01 AM

Someone left off the Colossal Squids, thats who i'm taking. But since it wasn't on there i took the Panthers...i like defense + running game + underdog = winner

JeeberD 01-19-2004 12:14 AM

I voted Patsies, but I'll be rooting for the Panthers...

Daimyo 01-19-2004 12:43 AM

I have to go with the odds and say the Pats, but I have a feeling Carolina might pull it off.

Deattribution 01-19-2004 01:11 AM

Rooting for the Panthers but all I really want is a close game or possibly overtime.

Considering it's the Panthers playing, that's a good possibility.

Glengoyne 01-19-2004 11:51 AM

I picked Carolina, but I also took the points. Straight up, I'd have to say I'd take the Patriots.

Franklinnoble 01-19-2004 11:55 AM

I pick the Pats... and I don't think it'll even be close. Honestly, the NFC just plain sucks this year.

Dutch 01-19-2004 11:56 AM

23 vs 23.

See, best Super Bowl ever....

korme 02-01-2004 10:31 AM

BUMP!

It almost never happens that way, The winner covers the spread a large majority of the time.

I heard Kiper saying this yesterday i think on ESPN radio, of ALL the Superbowls when the favorite wins, they haven't covered the spread ONLY 3 TIMES.....good little stat, it suprised me a little

MizzouRah 02-01-2004 10:52 AM

Well, the poll is closed for some reason.

I'll take Carolina in a barn burner. 17-13

I think Carolina will at least cover the 7 point spread.

NE 23
CAR 17

vtbub 02-01-2004 04:18 PM

Carolina covers, NE wins 16-10

Blackadar 02-01-2004 09:32 PM

Vtbub and I were right. NE wins, Carolina covers.

Suicane75 02-01-2004 09:40 PM

I'll say 32-29 NE on a last second FG.

Signed,
John Titor.
