Canada - USA

Meador got tossed again.

It just wasn't meant to be.

The tactics seem pretty sound from what slashers had posted on the offsite board. The only thing that could be disputed probably is not playing AIM with a 3-4-3 with a WTM instead of playing it just normal. That and the fact we played it normal. Although with the loss of the middie, that turns out to be very very good.

Masked 02-20-2004 02:58 PM

AIM might have been a mistake. I am not sure the teams skill and ability to redistribute the attacks would make up for the significant hit the wing defenses would have taken.

Poli 02-20-2004 03:45 PM

bummer. :(

Masked 02-20-2004 03:47 PM

Even if we had used the perfect tactics in these two matches it wouldn't have mattered. It is just too hard to be able to overcome an early red card to an IM.

DukeRulesMAB 02-20-2004 03:49 PM

Absolutely. He picked the right tactic today, but that red card was death.

Now to get AE to lead us to glory in 2 years. :)

Poli 02-20-2004 03:53 PM

Sad to see red cards hit us back to back.
