Undefeated seasons
 

I had run a 60+ year career before patches c & d but decided to start a new one once those were out. In 2009 I had a 15-1 regular season and now in 2011 I am currently 9-0. This has probably been asked before but thought I'd make it a poll this time. How many of you have taken a team through a perfect regular season?

have in FOF and TCY.....the key to your questions though is "regular season." the time i went undefeated i lost in the playoffs. In TCY i have been undefeated national champs a few times......

I have gone once, in FOF2 and FOF 4. In FOF 2 I actually went the whole year, even pre season, without a loss. In FOF 4, I lost in the conference championship

2 times after purchasing every single fof game. I need more undefeated seasons. Actually, I would be curious as to how many undefeated seasons you (any team in the league) would encounter in a30 year career. I have never checked.

If you mean computer teams too, i can't say i have EVER seen a computer team go undefeated, 15-1 plenty of times though. And i am on hiatus from a 60+ year career in FOF2004 right now......

I answered yes that I've had an undefeated season. There was a tie thrown in there though, 15-0-1. Capped off with a 51-40 thriller in the Super Bowl.

I've won 9 of 16 bowls in one of my current FOF2004 dynasties and have gone 15-1 3 times. Never a 16-0. :(

Now I'm curious, so let's see here ... I'm also gonna check 1-loss teams to see when they lost.

No unbeaten regular seasons (yet).

Atlanta/Richmond career (2003 thru 2042)
2041 Richmond (me) - 16-0 (lost in Divisional round)
2039 Richmond (me) - 16-0 (won Bowl)
2038 Kansas City - 15-1 (lost in week 13)
2037 Richmond (me) 15-1 (lost in week 7)
2035 Oakland - 16-0 (lost Bowl to Richmond)
2030 Richmond (me) - 15-1 (lost in week 1)
2024 Seattle - 16-0 (lost to me in Div. round)
2020 Richmond (me) - 15-1 (lost in week 14)

Total = 4 undefeated regular seasons in 40 years, 2 by me, 2 by AI.

FYI, my 2011 season ended at 15-1 regular season so my lack of an undefeated regular season sadly continues.
