FOF2k4: Explain this to me please...
 

Arizona is $25,750,00 over the cap this year!?! Have you ever seen anything like this, or haven't I been paying attention?

Also, from the readme file:


I just made a two player trade with Arizona. Now, I see they've lost some draft picks, but I don't remember seeing a team this much over the cap, nor should they be able to trade players.???

they should be able to make trades that reduce (or doesn't raise) their cap number.

Pfft. I've been more over the cap before than that. :)

This is definitely the first time I've seen this phenomenon.

I've seen this happen many times, not just to AI teams or to me, pretty much anybody can end up in this situation.

All it takes is the right combination of back-loaded contracts hitting a balloon year at the same time and Presto -- welcome to Cap Hell.

Looks like it's time for somebody to do some renegotiating.

Just seemed a little odd and I didn't think I could trade, maybe you're right cthomer5000.


Yes, took them over in 2009. The good people of FOFC voted for me to leave St. Louis and head for sunny beaches. :)
