I dont get it, I spend the test telling them what my type is and then they tell me what my type is? That thing is god damned tedious and those chicks are on the fug side fugly.

Idle hands are the devil's workshop, so I took the test even though I'm about as far from "looking" as someone could get.

I gotta admit I'm pretty impressed with how dead on their impressions were.
I mean, nearly dead-bang rock-solid almost perfect.

What I found even more interesting was the assesment in detail, which almost perfectly matched 2-3 observations my wife has made about my tastes over the years but that I've always rejected as being too restrictive. Maybe she knows me better than I know myself? (a scary f'n thought btw).

Also interesting to see that about 15% of men my age are also attracted to "my type" but that only 1% were "very attracted to women my type". And that 15% means that 85% aren't particularly interested in "my type" at all.

A time-killer, but actually a pretty darn interesting one.

The part with which women would find me attractive is a bit of a problem, because I haven't the slightest idea.

That's apparently my type. It was pretty much dead on accurate...although it gave me a like of glasses that was a bit stronger than I think I should have had...some of those chicks with glasses were so damn ugly that anything to cover up even some of the face was much more desirable. What I found interesting is that it pegged me as a blond guy...when I consider myself much more a brunette fan. Other than that, it was pretty scary-accurate.

That second girl was on my maybe list... I forget what I picked her for, but in my report it said I liked girls with nice smiles, and who looked approachable.. I think this girl fits that description.

Blondes really catch your eye. In the test, you picked a definite subgroup of women who had a variety of different features and "looks," but many had blonde hair. I dunno. The dislikes were dead on and the likes were ok at best. But that's probably because they pegged me as "very picky" which is dead on. Hot is good but hot is nothing if the girl looks vacant or vapid, etc. Apparently only 1% of people my age are this selective. I was kindof underwhelmed with some of the stuff like when they parrot back a lot of likes and dislikes ("here's a surprise: you liked the body type you of the anatomy-looking model you selected and people who are the height of the person you selected") but some of the more subtle stuff like eye color and hair type was interesting.

The women it picked for me was pretty much dead on. Only something like 30% of guys chose that particular girl as attractive during the section where it keeps flicking through faces and you have to click on the girls you are attracted to.

I guess that would be about right, as I have a bit of an odd taste in women. Not ugly chicks, but I like geeky looking girls. Attractive, but with a bit of geek to them. They don't need to be geeky personality wise, but it's a plus :)

The "my type" one doesn't feel quite right. I'm generally not all that attracted to red-heads, and my guess is that girl got the benefit of being amongst a ton of (IMHO) very unattractive women.

And you guys were dead-on about the glasses. While I do sometimes think girls look better with glasses, I think the results where skewed by giving you some choices of hideous women with or without glasses.

My taste in women seems to be distressingly conventional. My ideal woman apparently doesn't exist outside of Los Angeles. They did say I have the eye of a casting director, which I never thought about before.

The personality test was more interesting. It seemed to describe me very well. Far more women are interested in the type of person I am than I would have expected. But the type of woman I'm interested in seems to be fairly scarce.

All an all, an interesting use of an hour or so.

This is pretty much exactly what i got. And i probably got that first chick because she was honestly the only good looking chick in the whole thing. I take pride in being fairly picky though, as compared to the average trucker who will do-it to anything walking through a truckstop that resembles a female. ;)

An hour or so? Sheesh.... It took me 15 minutes
