It doesn't matter how old you are. What matters is what the age is for statutory rape in your state. Usually 15 or 16.

In some states it does matter how old you are. For instance, 16 year olds might be fair game for 18-20 years olds, but once you hit 21 you can only "go after" 18+ year olds. (I think that's the rule in NJ). So in that case, it could matter.

I'm glad I grew up in a simpler era when older perverts could take advantage of young budding women. I remember a 21 year old guy dating a 16 year old classmate of mine in high school. And I know that some of my friends were 21-22 and doinking 16-17 year olds.
