OT - Ohio sniper suspect in custody
LAS VEGAS (AP) - Charles A. McCoy Jr., suspected in two dozen sniper shootings that have terrorized motorists along Ohio highways, was arrested at a Las Vegas motel early Wednesday, authorities said.
"We got him in custody without incident," said Las Vegas police Lt. Christopher Van Cleef. Van Cleef said McCoy, 28, was arrested at a motel near the Stardust casino Wednesday, two days after he was named as a suspect in the two dozen Columbus-area shootings. Police were told of McCoy's whereabouts by a person who recognized him from media reports, Van Cleef said. More details at http://apnews.myway.com//article/200...D81C4IJ81.html |

He should have gone to Vegas BEFORE he decided to be a sniper...would have given him something to do...
|

|
And he coulda been on TV...CSI is a pretty popular show.

He's probably the same guy that was posting over at the OOTP boards pointed out that the game didn't support a "Death League" style of play.

I heard he was the creater of the Independant Football League. |
I was playing poker at the Mirage on Monday night, and one of the guys at the table was a dead ringer for this guy. One of the local regulars was even joking about it. As it turns out, the guy at the table was from Texas, but we all got a good laugh from it.

Or he could have sniped people in LA and gained public support. |
Someone said he was a paranoid schizophrenic, off of his meds. But the fact that he knew enough to get out of town when he realized they were on to him shows some capacity of knowledge of right and wrong.

Damn, I was hoping it was Maurice Clarett...
