I just cleaned mine up. It's pretty boring. What does yours look like? If you know how you probably should "Save for Web" or reduce the image quality to zero so as to pity those using dial-up.

I heard so much about these guys and never game them a chance because of who liked them. I then read that they were the torch bearers of mainstream prog. That did it, had to get the album.

Best move I made on a review suggestion. Certainly in a niche by themselves but if you listen, there are touches of Rush throughout...along with yes and King Crimson.

Also a hefty nod to Santana with some of the percussion-heavy sections. Great album, and one that I held off on getting, much to my detriment.

They're what Rush would be if Rush were younger today. Its so werid to hear Sparta and the Mars Volta and then think they were in the same band. Both are the top in their own genres, but I got to love the crazy 10 minute solos on a CD.

My desktop is a bit of a mess right now...

If that's a mess, mine's a disaster. :)

There was an old thread on this. I can't remember who it was that had a desktop that was insanely full of crap all over. But he said he knew exactly where everything was.

I used to have that exact same desktop. It's from digitalblasphemy, right?

Yep...I have a selection of about 20 wallpapers from there that I rotate in and out.

I really cannot remember. I think it came with a bunch of wallpapers I downloaded... Sorry I am no help.

My favorite from there is THIS ONE.

I like mine clean. Work and Home are almost identical.

And I make no excuses for the fact that I am still running win 98 at a low resolution, well other than the fact that I'm poor and seeing small icons on the desktop makes me angry.

Anyone want to help me, what do you do to take a pic of your desktop and place it here?

This is mine at work.

I used a program called tsDesk. You can find it HERE. HERE is a great resource that will help you get started... It is really easy, and I have no training in this sort of thing. It keeps your desktop clean, and very accessible.

This is my desktop at work. My home desktop is nearly the same though.

That looks like the side of a van from about 79-81. Classic. I was expecting to see a chick with big tits (not the one in SDs desktop...um yeah, that's disgustin') silhouetted on the foregroud, on the beach. At least it's good to know Saturn's moons have a climate similar to Orlando.

Just hit "Print Screen", then open up MS Paint and paste it. Then save the file as a ".jpg". Put it on the web somewhere. Then when you are posting here hit "Insert Image". Then just put the url of your picture.

That's the funniest thing I read in a long time.
