Im looking for a link if there is one out there, that will have a sit or a doc that shows the list of positions for HT, and the importance of each skill. What I mean by this is like:

Keeper:
1st important skill: Keeper
2nd: Stamina

Right Back:
1st important skill: Defending
2nd: Winger
3rd:Passing
4th:Stamina

....

My examples may be off, and I know this because Im new to HT. I just wanted to show you all what I mean and what Im looking to find out.

In trying to build a team, Im not sure what position needs what skills first, second, or not at all. So in buying players Im thinking "Do Inner Midfield just need Passing? Passing and Playmaking? Passing, Playmaking, and Scoring? And if its two or three things, which is most important?"

Thats why Im looking to see if there is a list, or anything close to this. I need help, and right now staring at my players and staring at the positions isnt helping all that much :/

well it looks like it's all about to change...

and you can sort od deduct what skills are important for each positions by the HT rules...

FYI - Stamina plays no part in Keepers

Friendly money, even though this one was nice, means nothing compared to 3 weeks of missed training for a trainee :p

And beside, you could have taken down any of my defenders or forwards, I would not have cared.... Oh well...

What's injured? I've got an ankle/foot surgeon, a hand surgeon, a shoulder surgeon, a knee surgeon, and an Ear-Nose-Throat guy (who did my tonsillectomy) I could recommend..... :D
