Of the kinds of new radio stations Sacramento could get, that's OK. But I will get excited by a new Sacramento radio station only if it's operated by KFOG. Or, if it's something like KFOG.

I dunno anything about KFOG...

The new station does sound like a viable alternative to the Zone, though, which is what I have been listening to in recent years.
