I know I've seen this posted here before but how do I capture a screen shot and save it as a pic to send via email?

Details needed for a unsavy CPU user ;-)

Hit your "Print Screen" key (it should be up in the top right somewhere). Then paste (CTRL + V) into some sort of image editor to save it out as whatever file you want.

A great app I heavily recommend for this kind of thing is SnagIt.
