Another OOTP Question(scheduling)

So I'm looking at the relegation league honolulu blue did with OOTP4 and I've got a craving going to try something similar and see what is possible in OOTP6 and my first question is what kind of schedule generation utilities are available for OOTP6?

What capabilities do you have to adjust the schedule in the league each season?
