1. The pictures in the Spears thread did absolutely nothing for me and reality is, that's the Britany you get, not the airbrushed image that's fed to the public.

2. Still, you may say, in the heat of the moment, lying on a bed, surely she's not that horrid that you'd turn it down? Again, I'd have to say that I indeed would.

I'd get far more miliage out of telling folks, "yeah, Britney wanted me but I kicked that skank out of bed." :)

When people make such comments about celebrities, I think they're usually in comparison to other celebrities. In my personal opinion, there are a lot of celebrities more attractive than Britney Spears, so if I were to say that she's not that pretty, I'm comparing her to my personal preferences. Of course I think she's prettier than the 50-year-old fat lady down the street from my house, but that's not really what we're discussing here, is it? To take the comments so literally seems somewhat confrontational.

Not everyone spends their day pining away with the words "I'd hit it" every time a woman walks by. For one, some of us have standards. And, two, I have a girl and I don't feel the need to be hitting everything that walks by. Plus, that picture of Spears from earlier this week looked awful.
