OT: ESPN 2K5 Sliders and Franchise Settings?

Has anyone found good sliders and Franchise settings to play with?

I just got the game last night and played two quick games with a buddy and it was pretty damned fun..

My biggest problem with Sega in the past was outlandish stats in Franchise.

So, I'm interested in good sliders and settings for game play and then how long the quarters should be for the simmed games.

I can't, because I have yet to play a single game in franchise-mode. This is the first I've heard of it, but I have not done a ton of reading up.
