The twins are on fire as of late...anyone besides me think they have an outside shot at the series?

Whether it be trying to get more media over a team located on the other side of town; or giving up in the middle of a pennant run (Wilson Alvarez, Ray Durham); or acquring that player that is definitely gonna get you there (Robbie Alomar).

Yeah the Twins really put a hurting on us Angels tonight. The depressing thing is that we pounded out 11 hits against Minnesota and we didn't score a single run. I still have no idea if this Angels team is going to wake up and realize you can't win on talkent alone. This squad is so overdue for a legit winning streak, it's not even funny.

And tomorrow we have Aaron Sele going. Great. :rolleyes:

they dont have the pitching or even the bats we have to compete till the end of the season, white sox will prevail, and twins will fail.

minnesotas 3,4 and 5 may not be the strongest but seriously....Ford is a 300 hitter with some power and tons of speed and Justin Mournoe or whatever is a pure power hitter that will get a homerun every 3 games. the 5th is usually tori hunter and you cant even knock tori hunter. So the 3,4and 5 is pretty good. Brad Radke and Johan Santana are both Aces and our bullpen is one ofthe strongest in the league. With Rincon and Nathan you cant touch us if we have the lead after 7.
