Play him or not? I need your help.
 

Stig is my best Central defender on my team and I had planned on playing a 4-4-2 this week with a home MOTS to see if I could squeeze out some points against my opponent. Next week I'm playing the weakest team in my series and that is why I thought this was a good time to MOTS.

Now back to Stig. He still is showing a +1, but it says he is only bruised. Can I play this guy this week?

no, +1 bruised but training means he can't play. To be able to play, he has to get down to bandaid bruised but playing. If he stays at +1 he'll be replaced at the start of the game.

Check again tomorrow -- if he's still +1 then, he can't play. There's still another health update between now and then, so there's still hope, especially if Hattrick is showing his name in black on the lineup form (it'll be in red if Hattrick thinks he won't be healthy, which isn't perfect because it doesn't take doctors into account).
