Finally, I should have a chance to play this upcoming Sunday. Some how I am not scheduled and will more than likely participate as long as I don't forget.

My best finish of 4th place is rather misleading.... i was in a four-seat tournament. :p

I have to skip this one guys. My sis is getting married out in Denver, and I won't be back in time to play. Hopefully I can make the next one.

Well, I was down to my last few bucks at PokerStars last night, so I used it to enter a 2-table sit-and-go, which I ended up placing second in. So now I have a little over $30. Now it's looking a little more likely that I'll be in, but it's not definite yet. How noncommital is THAT?

Gonna say about 80% probablility I'll make my debut tonight.

Ok.. problem for me. I am currently moving my computer and trying to hook it up to the network in a new location. If it is set up, I will be fine. Otherwise...

what a depressing day this has been.... a Lions loss, two fantasy losses, and three bad bets..... I'll make up for it tonight :)

How Do I Qualify for a Deposit Bonus?

Deposit up to $600 during the qualifying period and you'll receive a 20% bonus. Deposits over $600 will be eligible for the maximum $120 bonus.

Only your first deposit during the Bonus Period is eligible for the deposit bonus.

If you cash out any amount from your PokerStars account during the Bonus Period, but prior to making a qualifying deposit, you are ineligible for the deposit bonus.

Where Can I See My Bonus?

Once you make a deposit, you can view your pending bonus in the cashier window in the PokerStars software. The number of Frequent Player Points (FPPs) you must earn to collect the bonus can also be found there. To view these items, click on the 'Cashier' button. Once in the cashier window, simply click the button labeled "Check My Bonus Status." (More information on the FPP program can be obtained here).

How Do I Earn My Bonus?

To earn the deposit bonus, you must earn an additional number of FPPs equal to five times the bonus amount. For instance, a $500 deposit ($100 bonus attached) requires you to earn 500 FPPs (5 x 100) to release the bonus.

FPPs which count toward the bonus requirement begin with the first hand played after the deposit is made to your account.

After the required number of post-deposit FPPs have been accumulated, the bonus will move from "pending status" into your PokerStars cash balance. PokerStars will send you an email confirming that the bonus funds have been moved to your cash account. The transaction will also be noted in your 'transaction history' in the Cashier Window.

How are Still Pending Bonuses Handled?

If you still have a pending bonus for a previous promotion, the FPPs that you earn during the new bonus period are first applied to the previous bonus. For example:

You make a $500 deposit on January 1st for a 'January Deposit Bonus' promotion and receive a $100 pending bonus.

On February 1st PokerStars offers a 'February Deposit Bonus.' However, between January 1st and February 1st you have only collected 400 of the 500 FPPs required to release your 'January Deposit Bonus.'

You may still make a qualifying deposit for the February Deposit Bonus - but the next 100 FPPs you earn will still be credited toward the January Deposit Bonus.

Once you have earned the required FPPs for the January Deposit Bonus - you will begin to accrue FPPs toward releasing your February Deposit Bonus.

Darn it. I knew about this tournament earlier today, but it completely slipped my mind as the day went on... I blame Peyton Manning (starting QB on my opponent's fantasy football team).
