dolphins- bengals

Damn, this game is awful.

Aadik

Joe 09-19-2004 08:53 PM

yep

mckerney 09-19-2004 08:57 PM

Well, the opening where they went over all the franchise quarterbacks that busted after Cincy took them high in the first round.

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:05 PM

Screw exciting, it's all a W in the end. If the Dolphins just had a damn offense.

mckerney 09-19-2004 09:08 PM

Chris Berman just refered to the game as an defensive struggle, but I'd have to say it looks like the offenses are struggling more than the D.

Crapshoot 09-19-2004 09:10 PM

aye. Carson looks god awful.

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:16 PM

The Dolphins offense is the other teams best offensive weapon.

I think the offense has given up more yards and TDs than the defense this year.

Just like the Minnesota Miners in the IHOF. :(

I was thinking the same thing!!!

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:24 PM

Shoot this offense and put it out of its misery.

What Ricky said.

mckerney 09-19-2004 09:28 PM

Just wait until tomorrow night. We should see plenty of offense then.

Flasch186 09-19-2004 09:31 PM

awful

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:40 PM

Horrible, they should just cancel the game.

korme 09-19-2004 09:42 PM

hey, it's ok. Shayne Graham is a pimp ass good ass sweet ass kicker. 48 yards stroked it right diown the middle.

Carson Palmer likos way worse this week its bc the Phins have good D. Rudi has done ok. Warrick;s doin good CJ isn't.

Houshmandzadeh is not hard to pronounce you situdpod fucking ipld old ass guy Summerall

College working it's magic already?
:D

JAG 09-19-2004 09:44 PM

Can the backup Dolphin offensive linemen really be worse than this?

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:46 PM

If it wern't for the offensive line we'd have 3 Super Bowls.j/k

Seriously, no fan should have to endure this pathetic excuse for an offense. This can't even be called a rebuilding year because none of these jokers are gonna be around in the future.

Meh a "pimp ass good ass sweet ass kicker" doesn't miss a 38 yarder.

Ksyrup 09-19-2004 09:51 PM

I tend to agree with the Sports Guy - why waste a 3rd round pick on a RB that might help you improve from 3-13 to 4-12?

Well, I agree with him in theory. I'm not sure this team is going to get to 3 or 4 wins.

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:53 PM

5-11 would be a miracle this year. Too bad this defense deserves better.

pjstp20 09-19-2004 09:55 PM

The line needs to hold to get two yards.

TargetPractice6 09-19-2004 09:56 PM

How can Feeley even still stand up?

mckerney 09-19-2004 09:56 PM

The announcers think the Bengals fixed the problem in run defense, I think Lamar Gordon and Travis Minor suck.

Ksyrup 09-19-2004 09:57 PM

The only way this offense could get worse would be to have Rob Johnson as the QB.

mckerney 09-19-2004 09:57 PM

This could be one of the worst football teams on offense I've ever seen.

TLK 09-19-2004 09:57 PM

Did the Dolphins forget to update the playbook? Do they realize that Lamar Gordon is not Ricky Williams?

I'm under the impression that after they traded for Gordon, Wannstedt told the team, "Ricky was gone, but he's back now" and that he's been calling Lamar "Ricky" ever since. Hell, I'd probably have a breakdown like that if I couldn't coach and was in charge of that team.

mckerney 09-19-2004 10:01 PM

And now there are fights developing on the sideline! This is gonna be a horrible season for Miami, but it's gonna be fun to watch.

roffle.

I do feel bad for the Dolphins- this team is really, really going to suck.

I could understand McMichael screaming.

Seriously, other than ZachThomas or JasonTaylor, is thier any real talent on this team (okay, perhaps Madison/Surtain as well).

Let's not forget, this is the team SI.com prediction would win the Super Bowl.

Didn't he repeatedly refer to Gordon as Lamar Jordan (I guess a combo of Gordon and Lamont Jordan) at last week's press conference?

I think Wannstadt's been doing an admirable job as the former Iraq press secretary this year.

Ksyrup 09-19-2004 10:10 PM

Summerall announced that Miami was using a formation with "no backs," and I had to look to see whether they were running a 5-wide spread or the I-formation.

pjstp20 09-19-2004 10:20 PM

God Chris Chambers and Randy McMichael are awesome.

Crapshoot 09-19-2004 10:21 PM

damn- they're still in the game. that was a lucky break.

cthomer5000 09-19-2004 10:22 PM

On a whim I bet a few bucks on the Dolphins winning outright (2-1 odds), so i wouldn't be entirely opposed to a comeback.

Crapshoot 09-19-2004 10:25 PM

Palmer has been absolutely pathetic- once again, throwing behind the reciever. I cant bellieve he blew it again.

Crapshoot 09-19-2004 10:26 PM

goddamnit~

Lucky break? I thought I saw them drive down to the 4 then saw a receiver make an awesome catch on a deflected pass.

Ksyrup 09-19-2004 10:26 PM

Ouch.

kingfc22 09-19-2004 10:28 PM

The Fins are going the wrong way.

Crapshoot 09-19-2004 10:31 PM

This should be fairly easy for Mare...

Crapshoot 09-19-2004 10:32 PM

ouch....

pjstp20 09-19-2004 10:32 PM

Watch him miss now, that sucks.

kingfc22 09-19-2004 10:32 PM

That's BS IMO.
