I don't get it. Must have something to do with country music that doesn't involve someone hot (Shania, Faith, etc.) or Willie Nelson.

I knew the song, but I wasn't sure who sang it. I think that song came out while I was in Germany, so I probably didn't get to hear it as much as you did...

Isn't there a version in which he sings "Girl, you gots a disease, but you say it's just a rash"? I know I've heard that before somewhere... unless I made it up 15 years ago and forgot.
