How do you find U-20 trainees to buy?

I'm thinking about buying a young trainee that is playing on any international squad. I guess it will be easier on small countries as they have less players. But how do you guys look for them? of course i can go to each team lineup, but i can't know if they are for sale unless clicking on each one. Is there any way to know which ones are for sale?

Go to each team and if the player has a $ next to his name he is forsale
