The cap in my solo league is now 112 million dollars.

My starting QB just demanded the following contract



Granted this guy is good, and has a rating of about 96 for his 4 year career. But these demands are excessive in relation to the other qbs in the league IMO. For instance the top salary is 11.5 million right now. I guess this looks to be another long term "franchised" guy if i want to keep him.

If so, I've always taken those offers to mean something along the lines of "I want to test the free agent market after the season, but if you really want me to pass that up here's the sort of outrageous contract it would take to keep me around."

If he has a high loyalty rating, let him go FA and try to sign him then. Or franchise him.

Ditch the bonus, and backload the hell out of his contract. Free quarterback.
