Nice. Last time I wanted to play Police Quest 4 I had to play the French version. And boy was that a bitch!

Guys, for what it's worth, the Sierra adventure games do not constitute "abandonware." Sierra has in the recent past released a collection of the King's Quest/Space Quest/Police Quest/Leisure Suit Larry games. We're talking within the last 5-10 years.
And there's obviously nothing stopping them from doing so again in the future. I don't know what the status of X-Com and other such games are, but I'm pretty certain Sierra and Vivendi Universal would take a dim view of the various Sierra adventure games being treated as "abandonware." |
Well i'm certainly not trying to advocate piracy or step on anyone's toes or anything..
But i honestly don't recall anything other then a crappily done leisure suit larry game being released within the past 5 years |
Hey, I bought Police Quest 4 years ago dammit.
:) |
Some of the games aren't abandoned, and even the ones that are will still be sketchy legal terriroty. Still, great find.

Didn't say it was brand new stuff. But, look, I've lived in the town I'm in for about 10 years, and I know it's been since I've moved here that they released collections of all four of the series listed. One or two of them even got released multiple times. Also, the SWAT series is what became of Police Quest, and that HAS had new releases. Don't assume that the properties are dead or abandoned just because they don't have "Space Quest" blinking in giant neon letters with arrows pointing to the box. |
Police SWAT 2 was fun
