FOF2004 question

I do not own FOF2004 yet so I have a few questions about it. From what I understand, FOF2004 has HTML output, is this correct? If so, can it (the HTML outputs) be modified? Also, is there a way to print out stats in csv format to be put into a database? I like building my own databases. :)

One last question, Can you start your career in any year? For example, if I wanted to start my career in 1980, will FOF allow me to do that?

Thanks.

Yes, it has html. Not sure if they can be modified or not. I know you can print stats to a file, not sure if you can put them into a csv format or not.

..and yes, you can start your career in any year you want. In the HFL we started at 1970...

OK, I have another question about FOF2004.

I noticed that City abbrev are all three letters. When trying to change them to two (SFO to SF for example) I couldn't. Is there a hack in oder to do this?

Thanks.

Maximus, did you end up getting FOF? how you liking i so far?

is TCY just has fun? i have to decide if i am going to get TCY or FBCB.

i am not sure if there a hack to do the abbrevations. that interesting if you can.

try the city editor mod that someone made.

well the simplest fix for the city abbreviations would just be to insert a space: such as SFO you would just put a space before or after the SF then click change. that is the way i do it, but that is obviously not as technical as some people like.

I think you can just use a blank space after the two letters to make this work.

Yup that did it. Thanks.

JB, I'm loving FOF2004. Nothing else like it. As always I wish the interface was nicer on the eyes but all in all I am very pleased with it.
