FOFC Fantasy Formula 1

Only a few days to get in, as the first race is on Sunday. Basically the same idea of the Golf and NASCAR league, but with F1....

bump...

Ack, I blew one of Schumacher's four starts on that?

Only three teams, is this the least popular FOFC fantasy league ever? :)

Crapshoot 03-07-2005 09:03 AM

damn it- I completely blanked out about this. Sorry guys!

On the note, this looks like its gonna be a good year eh ?

Critch 03-07-2005 10:02 AM

Looks like it's going to be closer than last, anyway. Not sure how much of that is due to other teams improving and how much is down to the terrible new qualifying rules and Schumacher's engine problems.

Renault and Red Bull looked competitive, McLaren looked good and should get better as the season goes on, so hopefully it won't end up with the Shumacher/Ferrari bore-fest like last season.

Crapshoot 03-07-2005 10:49 AM

Yeah, qualifying seems to be ... strange, to say the least. I think Ferrari's decision to wait on the new engine (using Sauber as a test dummy actually) is probably reasonable, but another race like this one and the panic-flag to get the 2005 car running will probably be raised.

Good race actually - fun.
