Check their website out, its pretty detailed. In particular the forums. Maximum refers to NFL, CFL and Arena, totally customizable. Would love to set up a WFL league from the first year stats going forward, complete with authentic uniforms, ect...

Maybe have the USFL as the 'other division,' with the Super Bowl between those two winners.

Maximum Football is for guys with maximum optimism.

No. It is supposedly very customizable, but it has no licenses. It is supposed to be able to model rules of college, NFL, CFL, Arena, etc. Now that they are adding a career mode to it, I might check it out if I hear some good unbiased reviews.

No licenses, but many 3rd Party developers probably willing to supply anything needed or you can input it all yourself.
