AFL Seeking New Members
 

The American Football League has just opened, and we're seeking new members. FOF is required for the league. If you've ever seen "George W Bush's" IFL, we plan on running exactly the same way. Actually, no. I was accused of it, but it never happened. It was a small group of guys who are friends in real-life that created an Excel file and accused me of it.

When I started another basketball league a few months later, nearly everyone from my original league - including two of the three accusers - ended up joining the league.

In any event, it's irrelevent - if you're not interested in joining the league, that's fine. I'm looking to start a good league in the spirit of "George W Bush's" IFL. He, by the way, can vouch for me and my experience in running leagues. I've been a loyal member of his since the end of its first season. Just looking to run a fun league of my own. :)

well first, you post here. Second, if you want to post in another's league forum, you USUALLY start be 1)being a member of that league and 2) asking the commish.

I would echo bigphesta's comments.

That's what Front Office Football Central is for. Most other leagues are trying to maintain their membership or even recruit new members of their own, and you should have enough respect to ask permission before posting in another leagues' forum.

Gates is just an jackass by nature tho, and a cheater to boot. Anyone that would join his league here is an idiot.

I heard a story that Gates was running a basketball league and wanted to redraft the entire league because he didn't like his team.

The rest of the owners wanted to keep their teams, so Gates got mad and folded the league.

Is that true?
