I don't know how prudent it is too strated drilling holes inthe earth's crust. So, I will say this once :please don't poke f@#$ing holes in the rocky balloon we all are living on.

yeah ummmn...i'm no scientist but i'd think breaking through to the mantle would be a bad thing. wouldn't it be like...opening the top of a soda can or something? Boom all the lava comes shooting out!
