FBCB Question

I'm playing with SLU and since it's going to take a few years to get my program built up - at least competing wise - the AD has told me to basically get this team winning or else my job is in jeopardy.

My question is, when is the best time to ask for more time with my program? Should I do it before the end of the season if I don't meet my goals again this year? What about improved training facilities or more $$$??

Thanks,

Todd

Ask as soon as possible...waiting can only hurt your chances if your having subpar season. Asking for the other two is different...but I wouldnt ask for two things in one season if you arent at legend status because it can hurt you even further...

I am guessing he means that you should wait to ask for the other two because those are things you earn with winning.

Thanks, I think next year will be our year.. but I don't want to tick off the AD by asking for more time. :)

here's another question: I've seen it mentioned that people will create a coach who was a former player, let him get a few years in as an assistant, then take over that career and make him the coach of his alma mater. I'm interested in doing that, but I can't figure out how to iisert my edited coach into the coaching pool. Any suggestions?

You have to make him a non-human coach until he gets hired(or you edit him into a school). Then, you can make hime human again and control his job-offers, ect.

A bug I've discovered is when clicking on one of my players on the game screen and trying to scroll down the list with the arrow buttons, I can't do it. I can usually do this on my opponents starting lineup, but not mine. Weird.

I don't coach my games yet, I let my assisstant do it and I watch and learn.

Thanks. I still can't figure out how to make the coach non-human. I've gone into the edit coach option and made my former player, but I can't figure out how to actually insert him into the coaching pool.
