cartman: back in the $$$ in the PokerStars $10+1 10 minute blinds

After a couple of weeks of catching some bad beats, I'm once again in the money. We are at the second break, and there are 49 of us left out of 776. I'm currently in 26th chipwise, and will be on the button after the break. Barring any table moves, I won't be forced to make a play for a while, hopefully whittling out the field anymore.

For the regular members of the peanut gallery, the tourney ID is 6885710, and I'm on table 96.

edit to show correct chip position

cartman 04-12-2005 03:58 PM

woot! back to back monster hands, now I'm chip leader! Moved to table 18

GoldenEagle 04-12-2005 04:02 PM

I know I don't need to watch, but what the hell.

cartman 04-12-2005 04:02 PM

misread a steal attempt. But still in 3rd place chip-wise with 39 left

cartman 04-12-2005 04:07 PM

moved to table 15

cartman 04-12-2005 04:17 PM

got back some chips with a large raise while holding AA

Yep, the ginormous blinds are starting to force the hand (pun intended :D ) of the short stacks

GoldenEagle 04-12-2005 04:23 PM

I think there is a tonf of bluffing going on from some players. If not, they are wasted good cards. It seems everyone wants to go all in.

cartman 04-12-2005 04:25 PM

I wish I had a halfway decent hand to make a move with. Lately it's been 84o, 73o, etc.

SirFozzie 04-12-2005 04:26 PM

at this point, people start realizing the jumps in money with each elimination. They are mostly stealing, knowing everybody freezes up.

One steal pays for a full round (9 or so) hands. You can understand the motivation.

cartman 04-12-2005 04:28 PM

moved to the other table, 55

cartman 04-12-2005 04:30 PM

I'm not playing tight, I'm just not getting ANYTHING to even try to make a stab

cartman 04-12-2005 04:34 PM

jeebus, 53o in the big blind :(

cartman 04-12-2005 04:35 PM

63o in the small blind :(

cartman 04-12-2005 04:36 PM

72o on the button :(

cartman 04-12-2005 04:37 PM
