This is just south of where I reside (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL).. Very interesting concept, consider it a less corporated version of Disney's Celebration (just outside of Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, FL)..

well Myles for me its more about the schools as GF and I at that point will likely be trying to have kids AND we're already saving up and have our goal to get a kick ass lot in there. The schools should be great...It would be even better if my company gets in there and I get assigned to it. That would be awesome.
