HA! It's very hard to get just by guessing, but I doubt anyone around in that era would know it anyway. But it is someone we all know.

I haven't listened to it, but just from the comments I'm going to guess it's that Louis Farrakhan song. He was a Calypso singer in the 50's. Although since you mentioned Bucc, perhaps I haven't gone back far enough... :p
