Clearly, your problem is ordering a videogame from a website labeled DVDplanet.

I think it's time you canceled the order and went to the store and picked it up. Sheesh.

I pre-ordered from DVDplanet the first week of July, and received it on about the 19th.

I bought it in a store. There were people and everything.

Now I really hate DVDplanet. I tried to cancel my order on thursday. No dice. They couldnt find my stupid information. So I sent them back the confirmation e-mail. Still havent heard a word from them. They better not charge my card after all this crap and try to send the game to me...

Okay, my frustration knows no end with this company.

I finally get them to cancel my order, well sort of. They claim that I never made an order with them. And that I will not be billed. Of course, today in my inbox, is an email from them that says thanks for the order, and it will be shipped soon. I am so damn mad right now. How hard is it to cancel a damn order? This has got to be the worst customer experience I have ever had with a company.

If they do charge my credit card, I will simply refuse the package. Then I will ask my bank to do a charge back for the amount. It is merely a matter of principles now...

I blame the public education system.
