ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHH!

Please help an idiot out. Where does your webhost hide the mysql databases?

Depends on the webhost. You should probably have a control panel where you can access them or at the very least get the log-in information so you can use phpMyadmin.

*Edit for disclaimer... I really have very little idea of what I'm talking about. :D At least on a large scale, I just know how mine works.

Do you have a control panel page? That's where mine are. Hope that helps, a little or something.

My control panel, cpanel, lets me repair, check, or delete the databases. I know which database I'm looking to get into, I just need to get past that first step.

My host is HostGator, if that helps.

Does it give you login information at least - like the database name, user ID, and password?

If so, you can use phpMyAdmin. phpmyadmin.net

found phpmyadmin, I'm a dummy. I didn't scroll down far enough.
