I want to upgrade my Tivo

so I think I want to upgrade the HD on my DirecTV Tivo, but I don't know a good place to go to learn about what I need to do.

anyone here have some experience with that sort of thing, or can point me in towards a good reference site?

DD - I'm going to do the same thing. Though I am computer savvy, I think I'm going to buy one of the kits from this place...

i like weakness.com better

just get a large hd.

i dont recommend two hd in one tivo. i did that once and had original hd go out.

i just have a 120gb in my tivo now and no more problems
