Tell him to buy two. He can single-handedly turn Iran, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia into one giant sink hole inside of a month. :)

Tell him that gas is $3.00 a gallon and not to be an idiot.

It's big, it's probably around $40,000 (new), and the Denali version is the "luxury" version.

I think the key cons are:

1. Appalling gas mileage. Ask your friend if he's got the cash to fill this thing up on a regular basis.

2. Appalling resale value. Almost all SUVs are suffering from a serious drop in resale values due to gas costs. If he buys this new, and doesn't put a lot down, he's almost guaranteed to be upside-down on his car loan very soon (upside-down on the loan means you owe more on the loan than the car's worth).
