Dinner Tonight = Darn Good

I modified my Putanesca recipe a bit, and turned it into a bake instead of as a spaghetti.

We topped it with Feta Cheese when we served it. It was one of the best dishes I have made in a long time.

That is all....you can continue back to your Werewolf and Political threads now...

I went with a classic tonight.. Kraft macaroni and cheese. Not the shells and velveeta type, the original box of mac and cheese. Yummy!!

It's good to know that, in a pinch, you could also act as Honolulu_Blue's Personal Chef if needed.

Today's agenda:

BBQ Pork Tenderloin - my own secret blend of herbs and spices.

My favorite lately, had the other night. Some indian dish the wife cooks up. Basically just rice with chicken and some sauce on it. Good stuff, can't remember the name though.

Last night was homemade lemon chicken over rice. Good stuff too.

I had Indian as well tonight, but it was leftovers from the fiancee's birthday dinner tonight. While I was at work she went out with my entire family for Indian...it's just not fair. At least I got some leftovers out of it...

Last night was something light so we made Chicken Caesar wraps. Tonight it's shish kabob (sorry, have to use beef and not lamb since that's what was on sale but it's marinating currently and has been for the last day and a half) with rice pilaf.

SI

Olive Oil
Worcheshire
Garlic Salt
Onion Salt
Mrs. Dash
