Name of music being played during Pats banner-raising?

Anyone know the title and/or artist of that musical piece that they played at Gilette when they raised the '04 banner last night?

Thanks in advance.

Carmina Burana -- Classical Music

Look up Carl Orff on Amazon.com

...and the most overplayed piece of classical music on movie trailers too.

HAH!
Without watching the game last night, I ASSUMED they'd have played Carmina Burana during the raising. :D Kind of funny.

Though the best use of that piece of music I have seen/heard is still that scene in Excalibur when Arthur and his knights are riding out for the final battle with Modred. Just a thing of beauty.

Are you referring to the 1981 film? If so, I've not seen it.

Yes. I admit, it hasn't dated particularly well, especially with all those sex in platemail scenes, but it's worth seeing, if for that scene and the following battle. "Come father, let us embrace at last."
