Elicense: I feel like Im talking to "deaf" people
 

Here is a transcript of the email exchanges I have with Elicense regarding a conflict between FOF2 and the other Solecismic games that I have installed on the PC (TCY and FOF2004).
I love these guys but sorry, I am having lots of troubles just making them UNDERSTAND what I need out of them.
First they ask me to send them the debug.dat file...which I did...and then instead of coming back to me with a proper explanation, they keep saying FOF2 is FOF2001...and then they say FOF2 is FOF2002...
what can I do lol

For the record, here is the chronology of the « FOF series” :

FOF1

EA SPORTS FRONT OFFICE FOOTBALL (aka “FOF2”)

FOF2001

FOF2002

FOF4

FOF2004



The last two mails you sent me, with the download links, were relevant to FOF2001, and FOF2002.

Like I said, my problem regards EA SPORTS FRONT OFFICE FOOTBALL (aka “FOF2”).



I have sent you my debug file along with the order confirmation and a screenshot of the error message: do you have any idea how I can correct the error -10 I receive when trying to install the license ?

Hello, I contacted you last week and you answered me (see below).

However, the problem seems to be somewhere else because no matter WHERE I try to install FOF2, I still have the same error message saying "a connection to the licence servers could not be established".

Basically, the licencing process says it can't access Internet...there is, I believe, a conflict with the two other elicence games that I have installed already (FOF2004 and TCY) since the FOF2 game which I am trying to install today is more ancient and perhaps uses an elicence technology/language which creates conflict with newer games and newer elicence processes like FOF2004 and TCY.



I have attached to this email a screenshot of the error message I have when trying to install FOF2 (aka EA SPORTS FRONT OFFICE FOOTBALL).



What can be done ??

I suppose they're better than most, but getting my license back from there was hell when I got my new PC. It took 3 emails (the last one rather testy) and 2 phone calls to get it. What's worse is they lied and said they responded all 3 times to my emails - which was BS, because I checked both my regular email and my spam filter and there was nothing by them.
