4-3 to 3-4

ok i run a 4-3 defence, and now im thinking of switching to a 3-4 after drafting this freak ILB and having few good DTs. but i dont know how to do that? how do i switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4?

Is there any penalization for doing it (until your players get used to it) or is there a prefered time in the season/offseason to do it?

i just did it in my last offseason, before preseaon. my guess is there hsould be a penalization for switching mid-season, but not sure

The way I've understood it, there's never been any penalty.

Your players play slightly worse out of position, for instance a LDT in a NT spot, or a MLB in an SILB position.
