IE uninstall/clean install

Any ideas on how to uninstall IE so that my computer doesn't think I have it at all so I can do a clean install? It doesn't show up in the add/remove programs, and it won't delete from the program files folder.

you cant uninstall IE. All you can do is install the latest version.

Which version of Windows? If it's 2000 sr1 or older, then IEradicator is your friend.
