Dell PowerEdge 1800

Anyone on here know the Heat that these put out with Dual Xeon 3.4 Processors?

I am in a fight with the landlord and general at the building we are moving to, they seem to think that an Thermostat controlled Exhaust system will be enough to keep 2 of these servers, my firewall, switch, and telecom adequately cooled....

Dell is telling me the operating temp is between 50 to 95 Farenheit, but I think that is for one XEON.....
